Product and Application FAQ

Quick answers for ETP operators, textile factories, distributors and overseas buyers.

What is water decoloring agent used for?

It is used for visible color removal and coagulation support in textile dyeing, printing, garment washing, paper, ink and colored industrial wastewater.

Can it replace PAC or PAM?

No. It has a different role. PAC supports coagulation and PAM supports floc growth and settling. Many wastewater systems use a combination.

How to confirm dosage?

Dosage should be confirmed by jar test using the actual wastewater sample from the factory.

Which product should I test first?

If the main problem is high visible color, test water decoloring agent first. If floc or turbidity is the main issue, test PAC/PAM combination.

Can I request samples?

Yes. Please send your country, industry, wastewater photos, pH, COD, current process and daily wastewater volume.

What documents are available?

TDS, MSDS, COA and product brochure can be requested for product review and procurement evaluation.

What packaging is available?

Water decoloring agent can be supplied in 25 kg, 200 kg, 250 kg drums or 1000 kg IBC according to product/order requirements.

Which countries are priority markets?

Bangladesh, Vietnam and Sri Lanka are priority markets for textile and industrial wastewater support.
